The Works

The Works is a transformative mixed-use redevelopment located within Tucson’s Gateway Center district. The project will transform a former office building into a vibrant mixed-use destination featuring flexible workspace, dining, entertainment, outdoor patios, and a central courtyard designed to serve both businesses and the surrounding community.

Located adjacent to The Chuck Huckelberry Loop, The Works is positioned to become a new gathering place along Tucson’s east side. The ground floor will feature restaurants, health & wellness, retail, and service businesses surrounding the central courtyard, creating activity throughout the day and into the evening.

Anchoring the project is Kiln, one of the West’s fastest-growing coworking and flex-office operators, which will occupy approximately 26,000 square feet on the building’s second floor.
