The Bridges

The Landing

The Landing is a new 600,000 SF mixed-use development project located at the northwest corner of Interstate 19 and Irvington Rd in Tucson, Arizona.

20 E Congress Street

20 E Congress is a 20,000 square foot three level office an building in the center of Downtown Tucson.  Originally constructed in 1945,  Bourn renovated this property into a modern open office format.

Target Pad

7,500 SF pad space west of Grant and Tanque Verde intersection.  Completed in 2017.

Fountains Plaza

Fountains Plaza, built in 1998, is a single-story medical office center consisting of approximately 14,976 rentable square feet. The building is strategically located on the Northwest Medical Center campus. The building is 100% occupied by US Oncology.

22nd & Harrison

22nd & Harrison is a ground-up development on a 1.2 acre parcel by Bourn with Mattress Firm, Five Guys and Chipolte as the tenants.  Project is located at the southwest corner of 22nd Street and Harrison Road.

Wilmot Plaza

Acquired at less than 30% occupancy with extreme deferred maintenance, and many of the buildings being functionally obsolete. Bourn redeveloped the 10 acre property into a vibrate shopping center by demolishing all but one building, installing all new infrastructure and attracting quality new national tenants. The project was sold in 2016 at 100% occupancy.

1010 N. Finance Center Drive

1010 N. Finance Center Drive is a 48,000 square foot two-story office building located at the southeast corner of Speedway Boulevard and Kolb Road in Tucson, Arizona. Originally constructed in 1987; Bourn renovated the property in 2014.

5431 E. Williams Center

Originally developed by Bourn Companies in the Williams Centre in Tucson, Arizona. This 50,000 square foot building is one of four buildings originally developed in 1999 to 2001.

5411 E. Williams Center

Originally developed by Bourn and repurchased in 2008. Bourn completed a redevelopment of 100,000 SF with a 25,000 SF expansion on to secure a long term lease with Texas Instruments.

3915 E. Broadway

This four-story, prominent office building is centrally located along the Broadway corridor in Tucson, Arizona. The building has open floor plans, mountain views and currently serves as the home for Bourn Companies.

1985 E. River Road

Completed in 2004, the Beach Fleischman Building is a two-story, 42,300 SF office building located on River Rd., near Campbell Ave. in Tucson, Arizona.

Crossroads OB/GYN

Crossroads OB/GYN, a 15,000square foot medical office building located within the Crossroads Festival mixed-use development in Tucson, Arizona. The building is near the Tucson Medical Center.

Oracle Wetmore III

American Board of Radiology National Headquarters

Located in the Williams Centre in Tucson, Arizona, the American Board of Radiology Building is a two-story, 33,496 SF building constructed in 2001 and serves as the organization’s national headquarters.
