Acquired at less than 30% occupancy with extreme deferred maintenance, and many of the buildings being functionally obsolete. Bourn redeveloped the 10 acre property into a vibrate shopping center by demolishing all but one building, installing all new infrastructure and attracting quality new national tenants. The project was sold in 2016 at 100% occupancy.
